Guided Lessons For Students of the Alexander Technique eBook Nancy Dawley Vivien Schapera Neil Schapera Mary Beth Wilker Reviews
This book basically teaches you how to sit & stand straight. It also contains practical applications such as right way to brush teeth and how to prevent carpal tunnel syndrome while sitting in front of computer.
Is what it says it is. Good
Excellent with good illustrations and full coverage in simple easy to follow language
This book is simple and easy to follow. The content is is informed and well delivered. A well presented and straight forward approach. No frills, but in a good way, no waste of vocabulary.
Value for money, or rather Good value for money compared with other publications, that are often overly verbose.
Good book.
This book is just what I need for my work between Alexander lessons! The illustrations are
especially helpful, and the book is organized in a very logical and practical manner. I particularly
like the way everything is broken down into small segments. The instructions are very clear and
easy to follow. I do wish the book was bound so that it could open out flat. This would make it easier
for me to prop it beside me for quick reference while I do my work at home.
Good techniques are shown in order to understand better our bad positions that many times lead to body pains.
I like the photos, which show good and bad usage. It's a good, basic introduction to the Alexander technique, which is what I was looking for.
Very useful manual for Alexander's technique
